Putin doesn’t look like launching missiles into the Western Europe or the US. He doesn’t have the intention to fight the US. China is much more gigantic than Russia in both economic and military scale. But, albeit supposing China is aiming at the world's strongest country, I don’t believe it can create a globally peaceful regime. If there were to be pax-China, there would be no more benefits than the economy. It would cost too much to maintain it.
